Pant-y-dwr Charity Pairs
Congratulations to Trevor and Tal for winning the charity pair competition at Pant-y-dwr.
Also congratulations to Jason and James on being runners-up.
A big thanks goes out to the organizers and all that helped out, to make this day a great success.
Don’t forget that the first Red Card event for the season (Pairs) will also be held at Pant-y-dwr on the 18th October.

New County Bowls Sticker
In-line with our new county branding our redesigned bowls stickers have arrived.
These will be issued to anyone that is selected to play for Brecon & Radnor County.

Welsh Ladies Trials
Congratulations to Chris Whittingham for being selected to represent Wales at the ladies international in Belfast.
Mary Jane Rogers and Louise Home also took part in the Welsh trials at Llandrindod Well, but were unfortunate not to be selected this time.

Welsh A Series Trials
Big congratulations goes out to Rory and Ted Gittoes for being selected to represent Wales at the British Isles Short Mat Championship in Solihull next November.
This will be Ted’s A Series debut and Rory’s 7th A Series cap; well done to the both of you.

County Shirts
Most of the current players at Brecon & Radnor will be aware the up until now we don’t have official county shirts.
Up until now we have just use white shirt and some have had the county badge shown below.
For next season we are planning on changing this with official county shirts.
Below is the new modern county logo created by Jason Rongione.
Here is a mock up of how the new shirts will look.
Sample shirts have been order and are available to try during the summer.
